Reff sheet for Kipsin Desert Pard's New Alpha, Raev! He is a very cool-headed being unless his orders are disobeyed, then he will tear you a new one. His element is Water and he can manipulate it into steam and ice. he mainly uses his power to summon water from underground for his pard. He was found as an older cub wandering the Tasmin forest near the middle of the 100 years war. He never knew where he came from, when asked he just replies, "from the forest".
